About Ben Cook
I’m Ben the founder of PeakFit in Aberystwyth, and I don’t believe in limits — only peaks to reach and conquer. Fitness, strength, performance, and personal growth have always been my passion, and every challenge I take on pushes me to discover what’s possible. That drive is the heartbeat of PeakFit: helping people unlock untapped potential, push beyond barriers, and achieve results they never thought possible.
I’m a Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, and Foundation Hyrox Coach, with years of expert experience in the sports and leisure industry. I work directly with clients, guiding them personally through every step of their journey — from building strength and improving fitness to achieving specific performance goals for athletes looking to step up their game.

Along the way, I’ve taken on challenges from multiple martial arts to climbing and rescuing, marathons to 1-rep max testing, bodybuilding to competitive road cycling, Rugby to Swimming constantly learning what it takes to push limits and build resilience.

At PeakFit, I bring this experience to every session, class, and program. From Boxercise and HIIT to Power Hour and Hyrox training, I create workouts that challenge, excite, and deliver results — all while fostering a community that supports, inspires, and pushes each other.
