Our Cancellation and Payment Policy

Let’s train together, stay consistent, and make progress — with clarity!


Thanks for choosing PeakFit to help you reach your goals. We’re here to support you every step of the way — and to make sure things run smoothly for everyone, here’s a quick, friendly overview of how we work together.
 

Payment
To secure your spot and keep our schedule running smoothly, all sessions and packages are paid in full before training begins. We accept cash or bank transfer to our official PeakFit account (no PayPal or other third-party payments, sorry). Your payment helps us plan your journey and stay focused on your success.


Rescheduling
Life happens! If you need to move a session, just let us know as early as possible. We’ll do our best to find you a new time — but please note, slots are limited and based on trainer availability. If you can’t reschedule within the same week, the session will still count as used (just like a concert ticket — we’ve held your spot!).


Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change a session. If it’s less than 24 hours, we’ll sadly need to charge the full session fee — not because we don’t understand, but because we’ve reserved that time just for you, and often can’t fill it last-minute.


Running Late?
We totally get it — traffic, kids, coffee spills!? But to respect everyone’s time (including yours!), sessions start and end on the clock. If you’re late, we’ll still wrap up at the scheduled time so the next client isn’t kept waiting. Unfortunately, we can’t extend sessions or carry over missed minutes.


Our 3-Strike Rule (We’re Gentle, But Firm)
We believe in second (and third!) chances. If you miss a session, arrive late, or don’t show up without notice, we’ll kindly give you up to three gentle reminders. After that, we may need to pause your training to ensure fairness for everyone. No refunds are issued for missed sessions unless it’s due to our team’s error.


Your Commitment = Our Shared Success
Results come from consistency. We’ll show up with energy, expertise, and encouragement — and we hope you’ll show up too! While we can’t guarantee outcomes if sessions are missed or plans aren’t followed, we’re 100% here to help you succeed when you’re ready.

Health & Safety First
Your wellbeing matters most. Please let us know if anything changes — new injury, illness, or health concern — before each session. We’re here to adapt, not push you too hard.
